I share a framework that leaders can implement to foster inclusive environments on the individual, group, systemic and marketplace level involving intentionality, perseverance, empowerment, flexibility, transparency and meaningful contribution.

I created this course as a companion to my book, Use Your Difference To Make A Difference because we are in a time of deep divisions and I believe  that we need to learn how to cultivate relationships now more than ever.

When unconscious biases become the basis of our decision making process, it can lead to how we hire, fire or promote, and bond together. I go through effective ways to acknowledge our biases and move past them.
